This is a vintage Hawaiian shirt made in Hawaii, purchased from a vintage shop about 15 years ago.
The material is unknown as the label is missing, but I believe it's probably not 100% cotton. The fabric has a textured feel, like seersucker or crepe, with a slight gap between the threads.
It's a POMARE HONOLULU HAWAII brand, which is a prestigious brand for Hawaiian shirts. The fabric is beautiful, with a refreshing blue color scheme featuring hibiscus motifs, and a cohesive overall design that gives a slight Japanese feel. The buttons are thick and rounded, adding to the vintage feel.
The actual measurements are: shoulder width 46cm, body width 59cm, length 70cm. The size label is missing, but it's probably around L to LL.
I haven't worn it in several years, so I'm selling it to clear out my closet.
