Vintage 1970s Women’s 2-Piece Outfit by designer Larry S. Epstein, New York. Elastic Waist Skirt and Tie Neck Blouse in a pastel watercolor print. Top has a back zip with hook and eye on the collar (eye is missing but doesn't seem necessary)
Inside tag reads ILGWU (International Ladies Garmet Worker's Union). No size, but I wear an 8, and it fits well (not snug).
Both pieces are lined. A few minor flaws, but overall, good vintage condition.
