This Tripp New York vest was produced and available in Hot Topic in the early 2000s. I only wore it a couple times, and it's still in great condition. It's a bright safety yellow color. My camera washes it out horribly. It has a zipper up the front and a couple of snaps on the collar as the closure. It features rounded spikes on the shoulders, studs down the front, and some handcuff hardware. The snap buttons have small skulls imprinted on them. It has simple black piping down the back as shown in the 5th photo.
The garment 53% cotton, 44% polyester, and 3% spandex. It is machine wash cold only. It is size medium for the brand. The only issue I could find was a small mark on the inside of the back shown in the 8th photo. It does not show through and would not be seen when worn. It would be great for a goth or alternative or cyberpunk style or aesthetic.
