Large octagon cherry wood mother of pearl box, it has this detachable compartments inside, top is inlaid with mother of pearl floral peonies and chrysanthemums with medallion inlays all over it. Some Parts of the inlay has wear and tear but nonetheless the box is in good condition considering it’s age. Post 1970s? Perfect to use as a craft box like your beads or sewing kits. Also you can use this as jewelry box or a trinket box, perfect to display on your coffee table or anywhere you please. It’s a stunning cherry wood and its octagon shape really speaks for itself!
