Vintage Oscar de la Renta twill plaid tweed blazer. Has two buttons on each cuff and a button on the front. It's missing one of the front buttons but it's not noticeable (and I'm searching for the other one because it's somewhere in my house. Will update the listing if found). I'm not sure the exact size but I've included the measurements:
