And the reviewer did indeed have a point. 'In The Raw' is one of The Rods' most exciting albums and one that shows what a band can do when it's released from the commercial expectations of a record label. Ten songs from this session were released as 'In The Raw', an album issued in the US by Shrapnel Records. Unfortunately at the time it wasn't licensed outside the States, so copies were not easy to come by in other territories which made this exciting gem all the more valuable. Crank it up and enjoy! Original transfer by Marcus Mossmann at PHONOGRAPHIC ARTIFACTS. Audio restoration and mastering by Patrick W. Engel at TEMPLE OF DISHARMONY in November 2020. Cutting by SST Germany on Neumann machines for optimal quality on all levels... The ultimate audiophile reissue of this eternal US Metal classic!
