Adjustable from 8 to 20 feet in height, and equipped with an air cooled OHV engine, this portable mini light tower folds over and the mast head can be removed for storage and transportation. Equipped with a heavy duty pneumatic mast, 7.0 horsepower, air cooled overhead engine with an EZ-pull recoil start that runs on gas, and a cart bed for mounting genset or tool boxes, this mini tower provides operators with an easily deployed system that can provide portable illumination or security operations. The WAL-PLM-WC-3G Mini light plant from Larson Electronics is powered by a 7.0 horsepower, air cooled overhead engine with an EZ-pull recoil start that runs on gas, cranking out 3,300 watts of constant running power, and a peak of 4,000 watts. The fuel tank also includes an easily readable fuel gauge. This portable generator features a variety of receptacles, including two fully protected 120 Volt, 20 Amp, 60 Hz-NEMA 5-20R outlets and one 120 Volt, 30 Amp, 60 Hz-NEMA L5-30 twist-lock outlet. This heavy-duty generator has many features including a 4-gallon fuel tank, which provides 8 hours of reliable power at half load, and possesses the ability to run electronic devices including lights and other essential appliances needed during power outages. This gas powered genset features low-oil shut off safeguards, which help to protect the engine from low-oil damage, while an integrated circuit breaker protects against system overload. This generator also features a spark arrester to prevent flammable debris from expelling from the generator by trapping and destroying them. This protects against potential fires that may occur during operation, allowing this unit to be used safely in outdoor areas and potentially hazardous applications such as disaster zones where remote power is needed. An automatic voltage regulator helps to produce cleaner power and keeps it EPA approved. A heavy-duty steel frame with four-point fully isolated motor mounts house the engine for smooth transportation, and a quiet exhaust reduces engine noise for quiet operation. Tower & Cart: The WAL-PLM-WC-3G pneumatic gas powered light tower features an extendable tower assembly that can be adjusted from 8 to 20 feet in height for maximum coverage. Pneumatic operation eliminates the need for a hand crank, allowing operators to easily raise or lower the tower as needed. A removable mast head mounting platform allows removal of the mounted equipment for easier transport and storage. The tower is constructed of heavy gauge steel for durability, and a tough powder coat finish provides protection against rust and corrosion. The base of the tower is fitted with two solid wheels to allow easy positioning with the wheeled handle. Four retractable outriggers provide a stable footprint during deployment. The handle assembly consists of a ball hitch that is inserted and locked into the receiver hitch on the cart platform. Operators tilt the handle back to lift the front legs of the tower, move the assembly into position, then raise the handle to lower the cart.
