This is a vintage pre owned ring in great shape showing some signs of gentle use and age. Please note that the green stone does have a couple of minor tiny chips in it that you really only notice up close. The rhodium plated over the sterling silver is also showing signs of wear. Other than those things it’s still a great ring ready for lots of wearing!
Synthetic emerald jumbo glass gemstone measuring about 24x18mm prong set in authentic 925 sterling silver plated with rhodium. Total weight is 19.49 grams. This is a sturdy well made ring with some weight to it! Guesstimated age is 50’s to 60’s MCM era. Great cocktail ring! Stamped STERLING but no hallmarks found. Measure a size 7. I do believe the glass gemstone is “paste”. A high quality lead glass used in settings like this in the same era.
