AA HD primary clutch bolt is a direct replacement 1 piece bolt for many Polaris models such as: 2016-2020 RZR Turbo, 2016-23 RZR XP1000, 2024+ RZR XP 1000, Xpedition, General Models & more Bolt has a shorter head for more clearance as this is needed for many models. Be sure to use caution when tightening to make sure your socket fits snug, and you are fully on the bolt before tightening.

Features:

• Bolt is harder than factory with a much higher tensile strength to prevent from breaking or stretching under high torque
• One piece design is an upgrade for those with a 3 piece OEM bolt(bolt, washer, spacer)
• Black coating for a durable finish
• Bolt is designed to be set at 90-96ft-lb torque but can take more torque if needed

Note:

• Does Not Fit With the P90x Clutch
• IF you upgraded your P90X clutch to our HD clutch on your 2021 RZR Turbo, 2020+ Pro XP, Turbo R, or Pro S, this is the bolt that would have come with it, and it will fit ONLY with our HD primary for those models.
• The P90X clutch uses a shorter bolt that has a T60 torx head. This clutch was found on 2021 Turbo, 2020+ Pro XP, Turbo R, Pro S, Pro R, New Body Style Ranger... ect.
