Manicured toenails and smooth feet is important for good grooming. The basic foot soak: fill a tub or large bowl with hot water. Add 1/2 cup of Epsom salts and 1 cup of milk. Soak your bare feet in this solution for 10 minutes. The milk and Epsom salts loosen dead skin cells very well. Scrub your feet with a pumice stone. Remove dead skin buildup, dark spots and calluses. Moisturize your feet daily by applying foot lotion or baby oil or olive oil over your feet to prevent dry skin build up.
