Heat distribution to handles may occur over long periods of high temperature cooking. Make sure to use a potholder when grasping handles of the stainless steel pans.

Dishwasher safe, but to maintain the visibility of interior measurement lines, handwashing is best. Stainless steel requires no special handling, unlike cast iron, pure copperware, enameled and nonstick clad cookware.
