The Trend LOCK/JIG/B, also known as the Trend Adjustable Trade Lock Jig has the benefit of being able to adjust infinitely within its range of up to 250mm long and 16mm wide to cover any lock body and faceplate. This ability eliminates any problems in fitting obscure locks and latches into doors. For general use with popular standard locks, a pair of quick setting blocks are supplied to quickly centre the jig on the door edge. This door installation tool works with lock widths between 16 mm and 19 mm and face plate widths between 22.5 mm and 25.4 mm. Adjustable sliding inserts quickly set the widths for any lock for fast and accurate routing with a plunge router. Engraved lines on the jig ensure quick and easy set up for the lock size and door widths, with the wide, full-length clamping bar ensuring the jig clamps to the door securely. With its infinite adjustability, it lends itself well to experimenting with other guidebushes and straight cutters for general morticing.

- COMPATIBILITY: For use in a 1/2-inch capacity router with 3-5/32 inches plunge capacity fitted with a 1-3/16 inch guide bush and 1/2 inch cutter. Suitable Trend cutters: 3/75X1/2TC, TR37X1/2TC, C172X1/2TC.
- RECOMMENDED USE: Adjustment range makes it the ideal jig for precision fitting the mortice positions for multi-point lock strips into wooden doors; For lock faceplates of lengths up to 9-27/32 inches.
