Charming art ready to hang. In excellent used condition i what I believe to be the original tin frame. Depicts what appears to be a harvest in an ancient natural setting.

The piece including the frame is 10x12. The art itself is 6x8. Snap closure in back. It's difficult to show in photos, but there's two tin frames here  the thick outer frame and the smaller 1-inch high raised frame.

I wish I had more info to give.. It dates to 2000-2004 and is from a store in Sanibel Island, Florida, that no longer exists. Likely one of a kind.

This form is arpillera, brightly colored textile pieces combining fabric (in this case felt) with embroidery in scenes that often take on a 3D-like appearance. on burlap.

I can't be certain what this depicts, but it could be ancient Mexico, Chile or Peru judging by the pyramids and clothing (feather headdresses, poncho). There's also prickly pear which is commonly associated with Mexico.

Looks like there's a signature on the bottom: Elsa?
