- [SPECIFICATION] Conform to AWS A5.1 ASME SFA 5.1/E6011. 60,000 psi min. yield strength. Core rod diameters and electrode lengths: 1/8" x 14" and 3/32" x 12". Typical deposited chemical composition (wt%): C=0.09, Mn=0.50, Si=0.20, P=0.012, S=0.021, Fe-balance.
- [FEATURES] Smooth arc with deep penetration and fast freezing. Wets and spreads readily with flatter contour fillets and minimum spatter. Fast deposition and easy slag removal. High cellulose sodium coating.
- [APPLICATION] Excellent for galvanized steel, sheet metals and pipe welding with moderate surface contaminants. All-position welding. Use for both DCEP and AC power supply.
