This EconoTemp thermocouple kit, which includes three probes and a soft carrying case, gives you effective, economical temperature monitoring for foodservice. The main unit features the slim, ergonomic design and molded protective rubber boot of the EconoTemp line, with an in-unit temperature range of -40° to 500°F, while the included bell surface probe, oven/cooler/freezer air probe and general purpose needle probe will cover all your measurement needs. This thermocouple has a type K jack that accepts any type K thermocouple probe with a standard mini-connector, as well as a 10-minute auto shutoff ability that conserves battery life.
