The Mitutoyo 110 series micrometer head has a differential screw movement and a vernier scale in metric units for taking precise, high-resolution measurements with a spindle travel of 0.05mm per revolution for extra-fine adjustment. It has a clamp-nut stem for quick mounting of the micrometer in a fixture. The vernier scale is graduated to 0.001mm, 0.005mm, or 0.0001mm depending on the model, and has a satin chrome rust- and glare-resistant finish.
