- The Arcos 2900 series pastry knife 300 mm is designed with materials to ensure efficiency and high performance. This knife allows to divide, cut and serve cake bases. Thanks to the stainless steel blade provides great durability and cutting power.
- PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This pastry knife is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. Provides hygienic-sanitary control focused on European regulations. The union between the blade and the handle is permanent, due to the injection process.
- ERGONOMIC AND SAFE DESIGN: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
