- Built with 30% copper clad aluminum (CCA) conductors, delivering a significantly thicker copper layer than the 5-10% copper coating found in standard low-cost CCA wire. Higher copper content means stronger conductivity, more stable 12V brake and light signals, and longer service life across high-demand towing applications. Rated 600V with 0.76mm premium insulation and DOT certified for commercial towing.
- Talc-lubricated conductors: fine white powder inside is a standard PVC extrusion lubricant, completely inert. Heavy-duty PVC outer jacket (12.45mm diameter) resists road salt, abrasion, oil, and UV exposure across the full temperature range from -15 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. Flexible stranded core stays pliable in freezing conditions, making it easy to route through tight conduit runs and around chassis corners. The fine talc you may notice inside is a standard manufacturing lubricant used during PVC extrusion across the cable industry — it is completely inert, non-conductive, and does not affect performance or durability. No quartz powder or paper filler.
