This double compartment high capacity cart is tough and comes with polyethylene shell with thick foam insulation. It is designed to hold and transport hot or cold food. It is very easy to maintain and wont dent, crack, rust, chip or break. Airtight removable gaskets maintain safe food temperatures for hours. Durable nylon door latches open easily and close securely. Full-swing doors open to the side of the cart for easy loading and unloading. Molded-in handles ensure easy maneuvering. Molded-in bumpers minimize damage to walls, furniture and other equipment. Cart can hold 12 2-1/2-inch deep, 8 4-inch deep, 6 6-inch deep and 4 8-inch deep full-size food pans. Internal cabinet dimensions are 21-inch depth by 13-1/8-inch width by 19-1/8-inch height.
