Steel 140 Bolt Solid Plate Fasteners provide a strong, sift-free belt splice or repair with superior holding ability. Recommended for belts from 3/16" to 7/16" thick and minimum pulley diameters from 10" to 14" (depending on operating tension). Typical applications include wood, sand, gravel, crushed stone, and cement. Commonly used for repairs of rips & small holes. Installation tools sold separately: HP1 punch, HW1 wrench & 110 bolt breakers required for splices & repairs; FL7C tape & 140 templet (sized to belt) required for splices.
