Some vintage Corning percolators manufactured before 1976 were subject to a safety recall because the metal collar could separate from the glass pot during heating. This Centura-style model appears to be from that same family. Because of this, it’s best appreciated as a collectible or display piece only, not for regular coffee brewing.
