This is a Donald Duck hat purchased around 1983 when Tokyo Disneyland first opened.
I believe it's one of the very first Donald hats.
When you press the beak, it makes a "Quack" sound.
It's a vintage item from about 42 years ago.
There is some shape distortion and slight soiling.
