Authentic late 1960s–early 1970s The Knitting Mills Athletic Equipment Co. varsity jacket. Heavy black wool body with orange Naugalite (lightweight vinyl similar to Naugahyde) sleeves, gold nylon lining, and striped wool rib-knit trim. Large chenille “G” patch, “STAT” sleeve letters, and panther mascot patch. Metal enamel snaps. Made in USA.
Good vintage condition with sleeve creases, minor scuffs, and interior spotting.
Structurally solid.
Measurements: Pit to pit 23”, collar to hem 24”.
