This is a vintage Corning Ware "Merry Mushroom" casserole dish. It was originally sold by Sears in the 1970s. The "Merry Mushroom" pattern was produced from 1970 to 1979. There are various sizes and types of dishes in the collection, including skillets, casseroles, and canisters. The dishes are made of white glass-ceramic and often came with a clear glass lid. This particular dish is missing its lid, but otherwise is in great vintage condition with no chips or cracks. It measures approximately 8” in diameter. Stamped OVENPROOF and MADE IN JAPAN on the bottom. Great, sought after piece of vintage nostalgia!
