This set includes (10) lbs of Quick Cast Sand Casting Clay, 2-Piece Cast Iron Mold Flask Frame, Anhydrous Casting Flux, Parting Powder, and (1) Graphite Stir Rod, and Safety Gear.Quick Cast is an ultra-fine, oil-bonded and pre-mixed moldable clay/sand mixture that allows you to cast highly detailed pieces from silver, gold, copper, brass, bronze, and more. Virtually duplicate dimensional objects (such as ancient coins, toys, wax, wood, plastics, etc.) using this reusable clay. Molds can be made from objects composed of wood, wax, epoxy, plastics, and metal. Not recommended for designs with undercuts. This is a Delft Clay alternative.The mold flask measures: 4-3/4" x 3" x 2".Parting powder provides a non-stick surface while working with the Petrobond sand/clay (4 oz).Anhydrous flux aids in keeping your molten metals at a liquified state, and helps draw out impurities (4 oz). Oberon Face Shield offers reliable heat protection. It sends heat back to where it came from due to its reflective metallized face. Designed with a scratch-resistant, polycarbonate surface, and features a wide-view. Measures: 8" wide x 14" long x .105" in thickness. Includes a safety shield and an adjustable head ratchet. The 13" cowhide welding gloves are ideal for hand protection. Features a protective flannel lining.High-density, fine grain graphite stir rods stir your molten material during the melting process. *Please note that flux may adhere to the graphite material. Not recommended for use with platinum. Measures: 5/16" in diameter x 12" long.The 24" wide x 34" long cowhide heat-resistant apron protects you during mid-temperature applications.
