Vintage 1950s/1960s Christian Dior MISS DIOR Eau de Toilette EDT 8 Oz Splash

This is a circa 1958 to 1962 vintage Miss Dior eau de toilette in a large 8-ounce (240ml) boudoir splash by Christian Dior. This early houndstooth presentation features a wide pied-de-poule band, matching cap wrap, thin gold bow, and embossed “Made in France” base, all of which were used only during the late 1950s to early 1960s and also predate Dior’s later standardized packaging. The original cream paper label shows age-related marks and light staining, which is typical for bottles of this period. Despite the wear, it remains a scarce early Miss Dior display bottle in the desirable 8 oz (240ml) size, as it is far less common than the later 4-ounce and 2-ounce versions.

Originally launched in 1947, vintage Miss Dior is classified as a green chypre scent and features top notes of fresh galbanum and bergamot, middle notes of jasmine, rose, and gardenia, on a base of oakmoss, ambergris, sandalwood, and patchouli.
