Brand new old stock vintage floral short sleeve girl's party dress with long sleeve jacket. I opened the plastic outer bag to take photos. Hangers still have the tissue paper under the dress. Dress could be worn alone in the summer, and the jacket takes it into the cooler spring and fall months. If you live in a warmer climate, the floral would even be cute for the holidays. Based on style and the age of the other clothes these were found with, I believe it dates to the late 1980s or early 1990s. I'm leaning toward early 90s.
