I bought these in 1988 or 89. THEY ARE UNUSED, as you can see by the photos. They are PRISTINE: unstained, no chips, no crazing!
I ordered them directly from France so I could not return them. They are a CAN SHAPE which is very typical of French Limoges. I didn't use them because as a big tea drinker, I prefer a larger cup. For those of you that drink Espresso, this would make a nice expresso cup.
There are 5 perfect cups and saucers. The pattern is VICTORIA, but there are variations in the pattern. As you can see 2 of the saucers are very similar. All the cups are different. (I do have a 6th cup, but chipped the saucer when shooting - therefore not a set. If interested in a 6th cup, let me know)
Note that this is porcelain & not china. Limoges is a region in France known for its special mix of paste. Porcelain is durable.
CUP: 2.25" Tall x 3" Wide Across the body, inclusive of the handle: 4.75"
SAUCER: 5" Wide The lip of the saucer is slightly curved upwards. It's not flat.
