This is a Macadam ring from CELINE.
The Macadam series was launched in 2003 by designer Michael Kors. The design was inspired by the Macadam paving method, which involves laying crushed stone.
The Macadam design is now discontinued, and a similar design is sold under the name Triomphe, with a changed design.
The vintage Macadam design features the letter "C," the initial of CELINE, engraved on it, giving it a distinctive CELINE look.
