Absolutely beautiful vintage 90s Julius Lang blouse with an oversize detachable embroidered collar. The embroidery is gorgeous and looks like an Oompah band. The collar buttons on and off and the blouse is v neck underneath. It has little metal flower buttons and puff sleeves. It's 51% viscose and 49 % cotton and great condition.
