gorgeous fabric. bought from rainbow fabrics for 10.99/mtr composition was listed as polyester when i bought it. i dont think there is elastane in the fabric but there is a very slight stretch on the width perfect for dress making. right side is a lovely pale blue/silver black, wrong side is lovely too black/silver usable width 135cm length 3metres
