1950’s/60’s Rare vintage square fringed tie by Sammy

A tobacco brown with gold flecks narrow Sammy tie from the 50’s or 60’s. Lovely condition for its age. Sadly, fabric is unknown as the Sammy label gives no indication of the material. Sammy made ties in silk, polyester, acetate and other fabrics. Very nice in the hand so could be silk but, equally, may not be. A rare British sartorial treasure. Full disclosure: there are two tiny holes close to each other in the fabric high up the tie - seen in last of the photographs, revealing two very small white areas. Would be unseen when worn.
