These are brand new but have some discolouration around the top of the waistband as shown in photos, I didn’t spot this when buying off here. Hopefully should wash off. It’s why I have reduced the price, these were viral when they came out and sold quickly Largely true to size. Waistband is 15.5” stretches fairly comfortably to about 17”.
