Rare and unique handmade fascinator. Real feathers. Little hat shape with two clips underneath to fix to your hair style. Little hat base is 10.5cm diameter. Long feather and open work stiffened ribbon is 30cm. Little metallic fabric padded stars and satin patterned fabric covering the hat base. A waist sash in the same fabric will be sent with the fascinator. Comes in its own storage box. Great for weddings, the races etc. Handmade by me so it is the only one like it!
