Classic 1980’s early 90’s puff sleeve midi dress with a full waist skirt. This has tulle in the shoulders as well as in the skirt to make it puff out. The bow in the back is attached but can be u buttoned on one side to u zip the back. No major flaws, looks new aside from some very small stains on the white (see pics) I have not tried to remove them. Brand is Opening Night. No size tag. Price reflects damage.
