This is a washing machine faucet with an emergency stop valve, ideal for use with fully automatic washing machines.
In the event that the hose comes off, the emergency stop valve instantly stops the water flow. There is no need to worry about flooding.
Also, it is designed to prevent the coupler from accidentally detaching.
The branching part (Pittakun) can be connected to washing machines that comply with the Japan Electrical Manufacturers' Association standard JEM1206.
