This dress by Luna Luz is called Belleza and it is in the rare feather tie dye blue color pattern! Dress is a pull on style with wide off shoulder neckline, 3/4 raglan sleeves and an adjustable skirt. Skirt has ties around the inside to create the bustled look shown (could undo the ties to have a longer maxi style dress with flowing skirt). Minimal wear, dress is in excellent condition!
