The fabric is 100% cotton heavy flannel fabric made in Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture, using an old-fashioned loom. The flannel fabric perfectly recreates the atmosphere of heavy flannel shirts that were active as workwear in the 1950s in America, just like the name 50's BUFFALO CHECK. This heavy flannel shirt with a check pattern is a classic that can be worn regardless of trends, age, or generation.
The sewing uses a 1960s Union Special, and is also made with sturdy two-needle stitching, just like vintage items. It is a tough construction suitable for wearing as a standard item for a long time.
The buttons also use carved coconut buttons that were often seen at the time. DELUXEWARE's commitment is packed into every small part.
