Gold-plated. The cap has a "12K G.F." stamp.
The filling mechanism is Sheaffer's unique Touchdown system. We confirmed that it works for filling, but it requires continuous up-and-down movement for a while to draw ink. We are unsure if this is the perfect condition.

There are stains on the shaft and cap due to aging. There is a slight metallic odor. This may be due to the brass components of the body.

The nib width is not indicated, but it is probably XF (EF Extra Fine). Please forgive any errors. It has a Sheaffer inlay nib, known for its good writing feel. Large pen point.
The pen feed is made of ebonite.
