Has 3/4 length dolman sleeves with dramatic shoulder pads that could be removed if you choose
The back is exposed with a flat bow, with an opening beneath. The fabric is all squares of lightweight metal or plastic on an alternating sheer and opaque black fabric background. Squares are printed with a gorgeous Art Deco/Klimt-inspired gold and mustard yellow, orange, dark blue, teal green, black, and purple abstract print. It has a little bit of stretch.
The strap across the back closes with velcro and there's a nylon zipper up the back of the dress. Dress is fully lined with black fabric.
