This is a long-sleeved shirt from COMME des GARCONS HOMME.
It's a product from the era when Keiichi Tanaka was the designer (commonly known as Tanaka Homme).
The neck tag is missing, but there's a mark left from a large square tag, indicating it's from the Homme Special line, which had a limited production run.
