The Wii U console itself Powers up but it's hdmi port is flickery and the original Japanese firmware was corrupted and was reflashed into the US region one, no guarantees on how long it will stay not corrupted.
The Gamepad has a broken LCD display and the battery cover is missing, the battery also does not hold charge.
The blue Wii remote does not work at all and needs to be repaired.
