Perfume Decanter Bottle and Stopper
Imperial Glass R-920 Irice Presents "The Duchess"
10" Tall with Stopper
Bottle is 6" tall & 3.25 diameter in the middle, and 2.75 diameter on the base. Stopper is 5" Long (1" goes into the bottle)
Irice for their Duchess line and I believe the pattern is called Zippered Hearts.. and the age I estimate to be from the 1941's to 1946's.. The bottle is unmarked so I am only going off the research I did online..
You will find a few bubbles in the glass on the stopper (photo's 20 & 21) The design on the stopper a fan look with long lines and starbursts. The bottle has a heart like design with circles and starburst design with the base having scalloped edges and a star and/or floral design.
This perfume decanter is in very good vintage condition. There is a small flea bite around the inside rim of the decanter and possibly one on the stopper bottom edge but it looks more like a part of the manufacturing process..
