This multi-pen features a mechanical pencil and red/black ballpoint pens. The pen tip and body hardware have a calm gold axis that complements the lustrous color of the iridescent lacquer, giving it a luxurious finish. Each pen is repeatedly painted and polished, and a silver blur is added to create a unique gradation of texture. The handle is hand-painted with maki-e (sprinkled picture) of the Japanese bush clover, the prefectural flower of Miyagi Prefecture.
