This is the "LOLA LACE TOP" lace top with puff sleeves.
The size is listed as 0, but it fits like a Japanese M size, as shown on the mannequin (photo 15).

There are some small spots, but they are not noticeable unless you look closely due to the intricate lace design.
Because of these spots, I've listed it as "no noticeable scratches or stains," but otherwise, it's in excellent condition with little to no wear.
