This is a vintage 1990 McDonald's Happy Meal "Tri-Shake-Atops" milkshake cup toy, part of the Changeables Transformers line.
The toy transforms from a milkshake cup into a dinosaur character. It was part of a promotional campaign in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
