Vintage Taxco sterling silver pendant featuring a polished black onyx cabochon in a bold mid-century modernist design. Marked MEXICO 925 with a vintage maker’s stamp and tested sterling silver. Total weight 6.0g.
The pendant retains its original open enhancer-style bail, intentionally designed to clip onto bead strands, pearls, onyx necklaces, or collar-style chains without removing the ends. This construction is correct and original to the piece and is not damaged.
Heavy hand-crafted sterling silver with sculptural modernist end caps and an elongated onyx centerpiece. Measures approximately 1.5 inches long.
