Plaza South vintage 90s maxi dress with velvet bodice and full skirt with a slight crepe texture. Scoop neck, short sleeves, back zip, attached waist tie, unlined. Lovely pleating at the skirt where it meets the bodice. The size tag has been removed, but I think this would fit a size M or L, due to the waist tie. I’m a size 6, and it fits me nicely when I tie the waist, but there is considerably more room for a larger size as well. The bodice has some stretch as well. Excellent vintage condition. There are a couple of pulls in the stitching on the right arm cuff. Otherwise perfect.
