Orient & Flume studio glass apple paperweight in an encased green with a deep jade effect. Striped lampwork applied leaf and stem. Etched signature bottom with code GGUA. About 3” tall. From the award winning glass studio founded in 1972 by Douglas Boyd at the corner of Orient and Flume Streets in Chico, California. Renowned for reviving the quality silver luster of turn of the century iridescent glass, their pieces are highly prized and popular with collectors. Very good preowned condition.
