This figure for sale is Lava Loc, the volcanic monster and his minion the alien demon. Lava Loc is from the Blackstar toy line from Galoob. The figure is from 1983 and has a unique feature. The head is transparent because there is a wheel device (similar to a lighter) on the back. The design is so that when a flint (like what would be used in a lighter) is inserted you can "flick" the wheel, and the head will spark! 80's toys were totally awesome!
This figure was graded by AFA and has an overall grade of 70 Y EX+
The individual grades are as follows; C70, B75, F80. The serial number is 15655092.
The blister is yellowed which is what the "Y" grade designator is ( I think)
